Our UK delivery service includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, including the Isle of Wight and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
We delivery separately to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man - please select Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man under 'Country/Region' when filling in your shipping address.
We also deliver worldwide and currently offer an International Delivery Service, which includes:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Falkland Islands, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Please note that due to suspension of courier services, delivery to Brazil and Turkey is currently unavailable.
- If you order products from our site for international delivery, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the UK. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any such import duties and taxes is the customer’s responsibility. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

DELIVERY PACKAGING
Your order will be delivered in a stylish black mailer bag with the Bluebella logo.
Larger orders will arrive in an unbranded brown mailer box.
Gift wrapped items will be packaged in a luxury branded gift box, and delivered in a white outer carton.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY SERVICE AND OPTIONS?
We offer a number of delivery options. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or work address. We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in full. However please note that during peak demand times (such as Easter, Christmas, Valentine's Day and Black Friday weekend) deliveries may take longer than expected. Bluebella currently uses Evri, UK Mail, DHL, Landmark and FedEx services to ship to the UK and worldwide, with standard and express shipping options available in most locations. Costs vary by shipping destination - please check in the country tables below or on the checkout page to see the options and prices.
WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES?
If you are out when the parcel arrives, a delivery attempt will be registered on your tracking (provided in your Shipping Confirmation Email). You will then be able to contact the courier directly via the details provided on their tracking page in order to rearrange delivery for a time more convenient for you or to arrange a collection (if available). Most couriers have a delivery window of 8AM to 8PM and will provide a delivery time estimate but please refer to your tracking for more information.
WHAT IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE WHEN YOU EXPECT?
If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.
