Returns & Exchanges

Extended returns over Christmas period

 

To ensure a stress-free shopping experience this Holiday season, we're extending our returns policy. All purchases made from the 1st of November 2024 can now be returned until the 20th of January 2025. Your returned item must follow our terms and conditions within our policy. Please allow additional processing time over the sale / holiday period.

 

Please note, all pop-up store purchases must be returned in-store. 

 

Can I return my online order in-store?

 

No, all online orders must follow the usual returns process below.

If you need to return any part of your order, you'll find a return slip inside your package.

 

Please fill it out with your return details and let us know if you'd like a refund or exchange an item. Don't forget to mention the reason for your return, which can be found on the returns form. If there's no label or returns form in your parcel, you can download it by clicking here.

 

Please ensure that you receive a free Proof of Postage when returning your order. 

 

What can I return? 

 

We will be happy to accept your item back for return, as long as the item meets the return criteria below:

 

  1. It remains in its original condition with tags attached.
  2. The item has not been personalised with monogrammed lettering.
  3. No signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant or other personal stains)​
  4. Extended Christmas returns until 20th of January 2025.

 

Please ensure that you receive a free Proof of Postage when returning your order. We are unable to investigate any lost returned items without a Proof of Postage.

 

International Returns

 

If you're returning goods from outside the UK, please make sure to send the package using a tracked service or with proof of postage. Until the returned goods reach us, they remain your responsibility. If there's no label or returns form in your parcel, you can download it by clicking click here.


Customers outside the UK and the US are responsible for the cost of returns.


If your item is incorrect or faulty please contact: customercare@bluebella.com within 14 days of receiving the parcel to arrange a refund or replacement. Please don't send any faulty or incorrect items back to us before you've been advised by our customer care team.

What to do when returning by post:

 

Before sending any goods back to Bluebella, please complete the returns form found on the delivery note included with your order and include it with the items:
    • Indicate whether you'd like an exchange or a refund. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card used.
    • Select the reason for the exchange or return.
    • If exchanging an item, clearly indicate the preferred product.
    • We appreciate feedback, so feel free to share your thoughts.
